Our physicians, physician assistants, and a family nurse practitioners provide comprehensive primary care services, including adult and pediatric care, preventative care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, obstetrics, wellness checks, men’s and women’s health care, on-site lab services, immunizations, school physicals and DOT physicals. We are dedicated to improving access to primary health care for the residents of our rural communities, including individuals with limited English proficiency.
