Harrison County Community Hospital's Courtesy Van provides rides for patients who lack transportation to a medical appointment. Patients may request rides to appointments at Harrison County Community Hospital, HCCH Medical Clinic, and North Harrison Medical Clinic. The Courtesy Van service is provided free of charge.

Guidelines

  • Call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Due to increased demand for van services, we cannot guarantee the availability of a ride without 24-hour advance scheduling.
  • If your appointment is cancelled, call the van driver as soon as possible to cancel your ride.
  • The Courtesy Van is not available to transport patients to the ER. Call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
