March Community Update

Remarkable progress has been made over the last month, despite the cold and windy weather. The roof is nearly complete, creating dry working conditions for drywall installation. Over the last month, the team has successfully completed exterior framing and sheathing in Areas C and D. as well as interior priority wall framing in these areas. Additionally, wall framing in Area A and overhead rough-in in Areas A and B have been accomplished. The installation of the roof TPO and fire sprinkler equipment is also underway.

Looking ahead to the next month, the team aims to finish the roof and complete the precast concrete joint sealants and patching. They will finalize the overhead installation in Area A and continue this work in Areas B, C, and D. HVAC and plumbing installations will begin in Areas C and D, along with the installation of windows and door frames.

The team plans to finish seeding the detention pond and complete fine grading and topsoil on the west side. Grading for the remaining roads and parking lots will be finished, and site concrete work will start on the west side, including the helipad and concrete curbs around the service road and additional parking lots.
