The weather has posed a challenge for the new hospital’s construction progress this month. As of today, there have been a total of 17 weather days. However, the project remains on schedule. The storm drains for the new 39th Street have been installed, and concrete curbs will be set up in the next few weeks. Currently, the relocation of the overhead power line and the 12″ water line is in progress. The next steps include the relocation of the 8″ water line and gas line. The grading around the pond is ongoing. The site is being monitored for compaction, and settlement plates have been installed.
