The darkening of the skin is the body's way of trying to protect itself from further UV damage. You guys, wearing sunscreen/sunblock with a high SPF is so important! We are currently working to meet the necessary insurance credentialing and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) requirements for opening a new clinic. This ensures compliance with the rigorous standards set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Becoming a certified Rural Health Clinic (RHC) is a comprehensive, multi-step process that inherently involves several time-consuming stages, which contribute to the overall delay. The hardest thing for people in general, but men specifically, to understand is that exercise is the 30 minutes you spend doing extra. I have had several conversations with male patients who, when asked if they exercise regularly, would respond with something along the lines of, "I move around all day.
