HCCH to Launch E-Statements Beginning August 3

BETHANY, MO – Harrison County Community Hospital will begin offering patients the option to enroll in electronic billing statements (E-Statements) starting August 3. Patients may receive a text message or email invitation from HCCH asking if they would like to opt in to electronic billing. This communication is legitimate and is being sent on behalf of Harrison County Community Hospital. By enrolling in E-Statements, patients will have convenient access to their billing information online, including the ability to:

  • View billing statements electronically
  • Check account balances
  • Make secure online payments
  • Set up payment plans
  • Manage billing information online

E-Statements are designed to provide a faster, more convenient way for patients to stay up to date on their healthcare billing needs. Patients can choose whether to participate when they receive the invitation. Please note that E-Statements are for billing purposes only and do not provide access to the patient portal or medical records.

Patients with questions or concerns about E-Statements may contact the HCCH Business Office at (660) 425-0355 for assistance.
