Harrison County Community Hospital District owns and operates HCCH Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical practice that provides primary health care services for residents of northern Missouri and southern Iowa. Our knowledgeable and caring physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other staff provide adult and pediatric care, preventative care, wellness checks for women and men, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, immunizations, physicals, and more.

We understand that hospitalization, illness, or injury can be stressful. Social workers are available in the medical clinic to assist patients needing counseling.

Financial Assistance

To apply for financial assistance, individuals must complete the Community Care Application.

Language Assistance

Harrison County Community Hospital (HCCH) ensures that individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) have equal access to our services and programs. HCCH provides meaningful communication with LEP patients and their representatives regarding medical conditions and treatment. Interpreters, translators, and other aids are provided at no cost to the patient.
